What it is?
Spunbonded fabric is a kind of nonwovens made of 100 percent pure polypropylene. Polypropylene particles are melted and extruded into fine fibers, which are laid and bonded in turn to form spunbonded fabrics. The unique technology used in the manufacturing process makes the mechanical strength and transverse strength of the fabric equal. "Non woven" fabrics can be used in a variety of different applications, including medical robes, air filtration, and the formation of non abrasive finishes in packaging.
L-S Industries specializes in laminating PP spunbonded onto plastic corrugated paper and other substrates used for automobile parts packaging. In automotive design applications, class a surfaces are created on all visible exterior surfaces (such as body panels, bumpers, grills, lights, etc.) and all visible interior tactile component surfaces (such as instrument panels, seats, door mats, etc.). These parts require packaging that will not cause scratches during transportation from the supplier to the manufacturer. Most importantly, this packaging is recyclable, which contributes to the environment, overall cost, inventory level, etc.
Benefits:
Spunbonded fabric is one of the cheapest fabrics, which can effectively protect class a surface from damage.
It can be laminated to one or both sides of the plate / material
It can even scroll to the top edge of the sheet to create a smooth top of the zone set
When laminated to polypropylene plastic corrugated sheet (all code 5), it shall be fully recyclable
Protecting materials during transportation and ensuring that products arrive in the same state as they leave is very important to maintain the success of the business. L-S industries is committed to providing you with the best quality protection at the most affordable price.
